Meet Our 2026 Queens
Lexi
Miss Preteen LonestarLexi is a fifth grader from Frisco, Texas who shines both in and out of the classroom. An A Honor Roll student and member of her school’s Principal’s 100 Club, Lexi is actively involved in Student Council, choir, dance, and multiple school clubs. Known for her energetic spirit and natural leadership, she serves as a Choir Captain and participates in competitive jazz and hip-hop dance. Passionate about making a difference, Lexi hopes to use her platform to help end child hunger by supporting organizations like Feeding America and No Kid Hungry.
Brooklyn
Miss Texas Preteen InternationalBrooklyn is a bright and driven young leader who is passionate about making a difference in her community. She stays actively involved in school activities and extracurriculars, where she continues to grow her confidence, leadership, and teamwork skills. Known for her positive attitude and determination, Brooklyn enjoys connecting with others and inspiring those around her. She is especially passionate about using her voice to support causes close to her heart and hopes to make a meaningful impact through service and leadership.
Makenna
Miss Texas Teen InternationalRepresenting Fort Worth, please welcome Makenna! Makenna is a sophomore in high school and her favorite subjects are Chemistry and Geometry. She is an honor roll student who has earned awards for excellence in science, math, and art.
Makenna enjoys cheerleading, crocheting, baton twirling, and painting. She is actively involved in numerous clubs and service organizations, including NJHS, Baking Club, Craft Club, Junior Ments Youth Mentoring, AFSP volunteering, and Feed the City leadership.
As the newly crowned Miss Teen Texas International, Makenna will continue advocating for mental health awareness through her initiative, Mental Health Matters, using her voice to inspire hope, education, and compassion.
Valerie
Miss Texas InternationalValerie is an Emergency Medical Technician and paramedic student from Lubbock, Texas, dedicated to serving her community through lifesaving care and education. A certified CPR instructor with the American Heart Association, Valerie has taught over 100 individuals critical emergency response skills and has volunteered more than 115 hours with her local fire department. Passionate about making a difference, she offers free clinics to educate others on CPR, Narcan administration, and bleeding control, while also supporting Autism Awareness initiatives. Through her platform, “Saving Lives 2 Hands at a Time,” Valerie is committed to empowering others with the knowledge and confidence to act in life-threatening situations.
Dawn
Mrs. Texas InternationalDawn is a devoted wife, mother of two, and passionate advocate from Benbrook. With a background in journalism and science communication, she has worked with U.S. Department of Energy National Laboratories, helping share impactful scientific research with broader audiences. A melanoma survivor, Dawn is deeply committed to raising awareness for skin cancer prevention, early detection, and research, using her voice to educate and inspire others. She is actively involved in her community through volunteer work supporting women and children and enjoys baking, gardening, dancing, and running her small business, Stringer Woodshop.
